Laundromats are Essential Services
We at Alliance Laundry Equipment support the important efforts to flatten the curve. It is important to practice social distancing to reduce the speed of the spread of the Coronavirus and not overwhelm our health care facilities. We also support the Coin Laundry Association (CLA) and the effort to have laundromats designated as "essential services". This is necessary so that laundromats won't be subject to curfews and closures impacting other public services. Please lend your support and let your representatives know that laundromats provide essential services. It is possible and important to practice social distancing even at a laundromat. Be sure to practice normal hygienic practices while doing laundry.
